All items sold by The Haggle Hut are backed by a 30 day warranty for a refund or exchange depending on availability. Warranty period starts the day of pickup/delivery once the customer takes possession of the item. All requests must be made through email, phone or website inquiry. Please provide your name as well as order number when opening a request.

At the moment, if the item does not specify a shipping or delivery method on the item then it is pickup only. We are currently working to offer shipping on certain items and local delivery!

All item conditions in our descriptions are there to help you determine the quality of an item.Condition Description:New Any item that is never used in new condition.Floor Model/Open Box Any item that is never used but has some light markings from in store handling as a display. May be missing manual/papers.Used Any item that has been used and is in used condition, but is totally cleaned and/or refurbished to fully functional condition. May not come with box or manuals.Scratch-n-Dent Any item that is never used that has markings, blemishes or damage from transport that does not effect the functionality of the product.
